Affinity was founded on a shared passion for two things: technology that worked and great customer service. It might sound cliché but the founders of this business wanted to create a solution that directly addressed the frustrations they had both suffered in the past.
With years of multi-industry experience that spans decades (not days), our founders set to work on creating a brilliant telecoms business they knew could deliver outstanding customer care backed by the biggest networks.
